Head Coach Neil Doak has named his Ireland Men’s U20s Match Day Squad, sponsored by PwC, for Friday’s game in the 2025 World Rugby U20 Championship against hosts Italy. The game takes place at 19.30 (Irish time) in Stadio Luigi Zaffanella in Viadana.

Munster have been drawn in Pool 2 for the 2025/26 Investec Champions Cup. Munster will face Bath, Toulon, Castres and Gloucester in the pool stages with fellow URC side Edinburgh also taking their place in Pool 2.

I saw a thread the other day discussing “if you could only pick one exercise, what would it be?”. For rugby, the exercise would have to address include power, balance, injury resilience, and the ability to move well in multiple directions, not just shifting weight in a straight line.
