Cardiff v Pontypridd – match preview A new Premiership campaign gets underway for Pontypridd on Friday evening 6th September with an away tie against traditional rivals Cardiff. The match at the Arms Park kicks off at 7:05pm screened live on BBC2 Wales.
The Pontypridd squad will be running out in a unique charity kit for the first month of the new season. In a new initiative the club has dedicated the launch of a new league campaign to raising awareness and funds for two nominated charities – Mind Cymru and the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust.

There are some changes to match day operations ahead of the new season, with FonaCAB withdrawing its taxi rank from inside the stadium grounds. In order to offset the impact of this on supporters, Ulster Rugby is working to provide additional ‘Park and Ride’ facilities.
