Last week the Div 2 men went down to an experienced Bayside team, 34-9. The game was very close with Abbotsford controlling most of the first 60 minutes. However, the men were unable to cash in on their opportunities and Bayside scored a few late tries to put the match out of reach for the Div.

The final round of the season proper sees 1872 Cup holders Edinburgh travel to Scotstoun for the 3rd leg. The cup might be gone but it's not a dead rubber..
