Scottish Premiership 2025/26: Hearts, Rangers & Celtic set for epic battle
Scottish Premiership fans are in for a treat over the next few weeks, with the title race looking poised to go down to the final weekend.
Rangers’ remarkable 6-3 comeback victory at Falkirk on Sunday moved them one point behind Hearts at the top of the table. Celtic are two points adrift of their Glasgow rivals.
Online bookmakers rate Rangers as the favourites to claim top spot, yet predicting the winner looks as easy as forecasting the outcome in blackjack or roulette.
Punters may feel that the games at usually European casinos offer a more viable route to a winning return than trying to determine which team will clinch the title.
With that in mind, read on as we look at the remaining fixtures for each of the title contenders, before assessing which team is most likely to finish top.

Scottish Premiership 2025/26: Title race will go down to the wire
Just three points separates the title chasers after all three sides won on the same weekend for the first time since January.
Celtic produced the weakest performance of the trio, labouring to a narrow 1-0 victory over St Mirren at Parkhead on Saturday.
Hearts defeated Motherwell 3-1 at Tynecastle, while Rangers came from two goals down to secure an impressive 6-3 victory at Falkirk.
Intriguingly, Chris Sutton believes former club Celtic are unlikely to come out on top in a race which looks destined to go down to the final game.
“I don’t think Celtic can win it, it’s out of Hearts and Rangers,” Sutton told Sky Sports. “You just worry about the next game, winning the next game and getting on with it.
“Rangers’ focus now will be Motherwell, who have been poor of late. But it wouldn’t be a great surprise if Motherwell, the way they’ve played, turn up at Ibrox and give Rangers a really hard game.
Celtic will believe they can defy expectations, particularly given that Rangers and Hearts still have to visit Parkhead over the next few weeks.
However, the clash between Hearts and Rangers at Tynecastle on May 4 could ultimately be the game which determines the outcome of the title.
Hearts have beaten Rangers twice and lost once this season, so will fancy their chances of securing another victory over their title rivals.
While there are tie-breakers which will come into play if Hearts and Rangers are level at the end of the season, the possibility of an all-Glasgow dead-heat is still feasible.
That would set up the prospect of a showdown between Rangers and Celtic at a neutral venue with extra time and penalties if required.
Another potential plotline involves Falkirk, who are scheduled to host Rangers on the final weekend.
They could potentially have booked their place in the Scottish Cup final and may decide to rest players before the big game at Hampden Park.
The various strands in play with five games remaining make the Scottish Premiership title race one of the most fascinating battles in any league in Europe this season.
