Unchanged XI For Pittodrie Visit
Hibernian Head Coach David Gray names an unchanged starting XI for our trip to Aberdeen this afternoon.
The unaltered side are seeking back-to-back victories following our 3-0 home win over Kilmarnock last time out.
After keeping three consecutive clean sheets, Raphael Sallinger remains in goal as we seek a fourth shut-out in a row for the first time since March 2022.
Warren O’Hora captains the team and is positioned on the right side of our back three, alongside Grant Hanley and the left-sided Jack Iredale.
Felix Passlack, who nabbed a goal and assist against Killie, starts at right wing-back while Jordan Obita — who assisted Passlack’s strike — is deployed on the opposite flank.
Our midfield three of Dan Barlaser, Miguel Chaiwa and Jamie McGrath start together for a seventh consecutive match.
Up top, Dane Scarlett once more partners Owen Elding, who opened the scoring in our last outing inside just 13 seconds — the fastest goal of the William Hill Premiership this season.
While the XI stays the same, there is movement on the bench.
Rocky Bushiri returns to the bench alongside wing-back Nicky Cadden, who has shaken off a knock.
Martin Boyle and Ante Suto, who combined for the third goal at Easter Road last weekend, offer attacking reinforcements.
Jordan Smith, Joe Newell, Chris Cadden, Kai Andrews, and Josh Campbell round out the options on the bench.
Munashe Garananga, Rudi Molotnikov and Josh Mulligan miss out through injury.
