The owners were quite clear - automatic promotion. Via the playoffs may have been grudgingly accepted.
If the current structure of the management of the club means that no decisions can be made if the Chairman is away from his desk for a reason such as illness then they really need to urgently revise that structure and responsibilities so that an important member of the management not being available doesn't cause the project progress to grind to a complete stop. If the Chairman isn't available there needs to be a business continuity type provision so someone else can make the required decisions.
First off the season still has 6 games left so your first statement is nonsense.
As for the rest, it’s a lot of assumptions based on nothing at all.
None of it excuses hatred and abuse for the bloke.
