The outlet says that the 47-year-old’s decision to start and then take off Kinsky ‘surprised’ some within the club’s hierarchy.
Tudor’s decision not to acknowledge the young goalkeeper as he was coming off has ‘sparked some concerns behind the scenes’ at Tottenham.

GiveMeSport suggest that following the debacle against Atletico Madrid, Tottenham have now ‘sounded out’ potential short-term replacements for Tudor.
Although a change is not guaranteed at the moment, a second managerial change in less than a month is not being ruled out by the North London club.
The outlet adds that Joe Lewis’ grandson-in-law Nick Beucher is expected to have an input in the club’s final decision, having been increasingly involved in the day-to-day running of Tottenham.
