The 22-year-old English centre-back joins the club to strengthen our defence during the crucial latter stages of the Enterprise National League South campaign.
Stickland is a product of the Reading Academy and has steadily progressed through the club’s ranks before earning First Team opportunities.
Michael made his senior debut for Reading in an EFL Cup fixture and has gone on to make senior appearances in League One, demonstrating composure, athleticism and defensive awareness at a young age.
A commanding presence who reads the game well and isn’t afraid to step into challenges, Michael brings youth, energy and hunger to our back line as we push for results in the final months of the season.
Stickland will wear shirt number 3.
