A new report in Fussballdaten has now claimed that the 22-year-old continues to be on the Lilywhites’ radar ahead of the summer.
In fact, it is alleged that Tottenham have requested weekly progress updates from their recruitment department about Koulierakis.
However, they could be involved in a three-way battle for the Greek centre-back, who is at the top of Liverpool’s wishlist and has also been on Inter Milan’s radar for a long time.
What is Wolfsburg’s stance on Spurs target Koulierakis?
The report claims that the Bundesliga club are in a strong negotiating position for the youngster, who is contracted to the club until the summer of 2029.
According to club sources, it is going to take an ‘irresistible offer’ to prise Koulierakis away from the Volkswagen Arena at the end of this season.
Wolfsburg are expected to demand a minimum of €35m-€45m (£30.4m- £39.2m) to let their star centre-back leave in the summer.
