Agent says £8.7m would be a bargain for Tottenham player amid loan option clause
A Tottenham Hotspur winger’s agent has revealed what he expects to happen with his client’s future during the next transfer window.
Spurs had a quiet January, with only two first-team incomings, Conor Gallagher and Souza, and just the one departure – Brennan Johnson.
However, Tottenham did make several moves in the loan market, with many of their academy players making temporary moves away from Hotspur Way.
Additionally, one senior Spurs winger, who was already out on loan, switched clubs last month, making a temporary move to Italy.
Manor Solomon’s agent sheds light on winger’s Tottenham future
Manor Solomon was recalled from Villarreal and loaned out to Fiorentina, where the winger has already made a big impact.
Fiorentina have an £8.7m option to buy Solomon permanently in the summer, and his agent, Shlomy Ben Ezra, has now indicated that he expects the Italian club to activate the purchase option.
Ben Ezra told Sport 5‘s ‘Five in the Air’: “Fiorentina was a good choice. You can see that he has played significant minutes in the last two games. They have an option to buy him, he lives in an amazing place, so the decision was very easy.
“He signed for half a seasons with an option to buy for €10m. If they are relegated, he will leave. We hope that Fiorentina will remain in the league and we will move on. By today’s standards, I think €10m is a bargain for Manor Solomon.”

The on-loan Tottenham winger has already made seven Serie A appearances for Fiorentina, scoring twice.
His second goal came in their 2-2 draw at home against Torino on Saturday, with Solomon making it 1-1 on 51 minutes with a fantastic strike into the top corner.
