Serie A: Udinese vs. Roma – Probable line-ups and where to watch on TV
Roma will have to do without Manu Kone and Paulo Dybala when they take on Udinese away from home in Serie A on Monday night.
The hosts are coming into Monday night’s game off the back of a 3-1 victory away against Hellas Verona last week, which also fell in the Monday night slot. That win temporarily took Kosta Runjaic’s side into the top half of the Serie A table, but they have since dropped back into 11th on goal difference.
Roma are in need of a victory if they are to jump back into the Champions League positions. They were held to a 1-1 draw by Milan last time out in Serie A and drew with Panathinaikos by the same scoreline on Thursday night.
Pre-match reports suggest that Kosta Runjaic will go with the same starting XI as the one that beat Hellas Verona last week. That is with Keinan Davis at centre-forward and Jurgen Ekkelenkamp and Arthur Atta behind him.
The Giallorossi are without Kone and Dybala. They are able to rely on Donyell Malen and Robinio Vaz again, both of whom were ineligible to feature in the Europa League on Thursday night.
Malen is expected to lead the line for the Giallorossi with Matias Soule and Lorenzo Pellegrini also providing support in attack in the absence of Dybala.
Kick-off is due at 19.45 GMT.
