Every confirmed January transfer window deal for Tottenham: Incomings, outgoings and latest rumours
It could be one of the most exciting or frustrating months for a football club. The January transfer window is an opportunity for change and to refresh, and that’s something Tottenham need very much.
Given the current form of the Tottenham Hotspur team and the slew of injuries affecting Thomas Frank’s side, it’s safe to say the Lilywhites could do with some new players.
Attracting top talent to a fractured project like this is not easy, though. Indeed, Frank has urged his targets to ignore the chaos and commit to his vision this month.
So, who are Tottenham actually going to sign? And who has left the club? Here are all the incomings and outgoings in the January transfer window, plus the hottest rumours related to Spurs.
Tottenham Hotspur incomings
Tottenham have not signed a player in January yet. Hopefully, we will see a deal completed soon.

Players leaving Tottenham in the January transfer window
However, there have been plenty of players exiting the club this month. Early in the window, Spurs confirmed Brennan Johnson had joined Crystal Palace in a deal worth £35m.
Thomas Frank admitted it was a risk to sell Johnson, especially given the injury to Mohammed Kudus. But the Lilywhites will now have to deal with life without their Europa League hero.
Meanwhile, Spurs have sent five youngsters out on loan this month. Kota Takai joined Borussia Monchengladbach, George Abbott has gone back to Wycombe, and Jamie Donley switched to Oxford after a fairly disappointing spell at Stoke City.
Elsewhere, youngster Oliver Irow has gone to Mansfield Town and Min-hyeok Yang’s deal with Portsmouth was brought to an end, with the South Korean starlet joining Championship pace-setters Coventry City instead.

The latest Spurs transfer rumours
We may well see some more departures at Tottenham very soon. Most notably, Radu Dragusin is close to joining Roma, with a loan and obligation to buy deal in the works. The Romanian wants to leave, Roma are eager to get the deal done, so it’s only a matter of time.
Meanwhile, Yves Bissouma is expected to leave and has plenty of interest from teams in Saudi Arabia, America, and Turkey.
On the other side of defence, Tottenham have been offered Vanderson, with the Monaco right-back set to move on this month.
Tottenham are also eager to add attacking talent to their squad. Yan Diomande is a target, but it will be difficult to lure the RB Leipzig forward away. Spurs also like Ademola Lookman, whose price tag has been slashed since the Lilywhites last tried to sign him.
