Centre-back Sonny joined Swindon Town from Southend United in 2021 and went on to make his First Team debut the following year in the EFL Trophy against Crystal Palace U21.
He was also a mainstay in The Robins defence that reached The FA Youth Cup Quarter-Finals, as well as going eight League games unbeaten, before he signed his first professional deal with the Club in July 2024.
The 19-year-old has plenty of non-league experience to his name, having spent time on loan at Harrow Borough, Gloucester City and Canvey Island.
Hart made 14 appearances in his first spell at Farnborough last season, before being recalled by his parent club early in April 2025.
Sonny has been allocated shirt number 3.
