Defensive Frailty

Last night was a brilliant match, just tarnished by an unfair result and the constant moaning and cheating from Newcastle's players. A few red cards brandished in their direction were more than justified, but the referee bottled it. We really confirmed that we can play football and compete at this level.
But, for all our hard work and endeavour we keep switching off defensively and this undermines our positive play.
So, I thought I'd do some digging and watched the highlights from all of our EPL matches and wanted to share my analysis.

Goals for 29 = 1.38 per game
Goals against 37 = 1.76 per game

That's a decent goal tally, but it's really concerning that we are conceding so many goals and can't plug the hole in the dam.
So I looked at where those 37 goals were conceded from, I already had a good inkling about this
From Leeds left hand side = 15
From Leeds right hand side = 5
Central = 5
Penalties = 4 and 3 of those were conceded on our left hand side
Corners = 4
Free kicks = 3
Long throw = 1
So, as expected, we have a major issue defending play from our left wing and Farke hasn't address this at all. Spurs, Brighton, City, Forest and Newcastle each scored two goals against us from left wing crosses, and we're very clearly being targeted down our left wing.
If Farke, his coaches and the players can address this issue effectively then we should expect to garner a lot more points, rather than our left wing being a fruitful area for the opposition.
I also looked at when we concede goals:
First half = 12
Second half = 25
First 60 minutes = 19
Last 30 minutes = 18
Goals conceded after 90 minutes = 9
Are we running out of legs in the second half?
Is it Farke's strategy at fault in the second half?
Is Farke not getting his substitutions correct?
The concessions from the left wing and in the second half need to be stemmed, because we are putting some great performances in and these are not being rewarded with positive results. Surely Farke, his coaches and the players are aware that this needs to be fixed asap?
