Guendouzi targeted by Fenerbahce as Lazio sell Castellanos to West Ham
Fenerbahce have reportedly made a formal proposal to Lazio for midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, while Taty Castellanos is ready to complete his €30m move to West Ham United.
The Aquile have had some of the transfer limitations lifted for the January transfer window, having been under an embargo during the summer session.
They are hard at work already to revamp the squad, as Castellanos already emptied his locker and is in London this weekend to undergo a medical with West Ham.
The move will be completed over the next few hours for a fee of €30m.
Guendouzi wanted by Fenerbahce
Meanwhile, Tuttomercatoweb claim that Lazio have also received a formal proposal from Turkish team Fenerbahce for Guendouzi, worth €25m.
They assure he is open to the move and negotiations are progressing.
It is hardly the first time the former Arsenal and Olympique Marseille midfielder has attracted interest, as he was already linked with Sunderland and Newcastle United.
The 26-year-old was signed from Marseille for €14m plus bonuses and has been among the most reliable players under Maurizio Sarri this season.
He also contributed two goals and one assist in 15 appearances between Serie A and the Coppa Italia.
