Pulisic angrily hits out at ‘made up stories’ about dating Sydney Sweeney
Christian Pulisic has hit out at the bizarre rumours suggesting the AC Milan and USMNT striker was dating actress Sydney Sweeney. ‘Need to hold sources accountable.’
The forward was on target yet again in this afternoon’s 3-0 Serie A victory over Hellas Verona at San Siro, along with a brace from teammate Christopher Nkunku.
He celebrated by making a ‘heart’ gesture to the crowd, which some linked with the reports that he had been seeing Hollywood actress Sydney Sweeney.
Pulisic rejects Sweeney dating rumours
Pulisic sent out a message on his Instagram Stories rejecting the rumours, even if he did not specifically address them.
“Also please stop with the made up stories about my personal life. Need to hold sources accountable, it can affect people’s lives.”
His initial post about the Milan victory had numerous replies of Sydney Sweeney gifs.
The story really entered the mainstream in La Gazzetta dello Sport, but finding the original source is frankly difficult, as they all seem to refer to existing “rumours.”
It is particularly awkward because both the AC Milan striker and Sweeney are believed to be in serious relationships.
