We had the same last season around this time, think we were 4th and all going 'how are we going to catch Wrexham and Wycombe?' then it clicked.
Lots of new players again this season. Not suggesting for a minute that'll happen again btw, I'm just chuffed that the signs are looking so good

???? things take time and you don’t always get it you’re own way. We are currently above all four parachute teams and those above us in the betting at the start of the season. Preston and Hull are surprise outfits, even Stoke to a degree, in theory we have a good squad to be right up there once we settle down.
Automatic promotion is still very much a realistic possibility, it could be in the late 80 points for second, the way it’s going.
