Buck’s Bar Southside’s Player of the Month for September – Voting now open

FOLLOWING last night’s match with Partick Thistle, voting to choose Queen’s Park player of the month for September, in association with Buck’s Bar Mount Florida, is now open.

So far this season we’ve had two different winners – Josh Fowler and Matty Shiels. Will either return to the rock ‘n’ roll chicken restaurant after the team’s four games last month?

It’s up to the Spiders’ support to decide.

September ended as it was supposed to begin, with a match against our city neighbours from Firhill. But it also included the team’s first league win since March 1, coming against Ross County in Dingwall, followed by two home games at The city Stadium.

Those games, plus the earlier 0-0 draw with Morton, are all in consideration for this month’s decision, which comes with an added twist.

Not only will the winning player’s efforts be recognised with vouchers for a meal in any of the seven Buck’s Bar venues around Scotland, but they’ll also sample some signature wings in a sauce, chosen by the previous winner.

Matty Shiels has already made his choice for September’s success and it’s up to you who’ll be next through the doors at Buck’s Bar.
