Last sentence should be your sig, mateI don’t see it like that at all mate. I get what you’re saying. But I think there’s probably a fair bit of carpet bombing by every club. You start out and fire of a ton of emails loads of phone calls. Then the database starts getting filled up. This player we can definitely get. This player might do but at the moment he’s seeing if he can go to CL team. This player is probably going to go back to his home club or spurs or Napoli or Newcastle so probably wasting our time calling him but lots dream a bit. Much better to try your hand at a ten Grealishs and getting one over the line than just dying on a brownhill
