Four Red Sox Players HR To Take Twins Series In Final July Game

The Boston Red Sox won their series against the Minnesota Twins in a sixteen-hit affair on Wednesday afternoon. Every player on the starting roster recorded a hit in the win, except for Abraham Toro, who hit into a sacrifice fly to score Connor Wong in the third inning.

Six different players recorded at least one RBI in the 13-1 win, and four hit home runs. Both Trevor Story and Jarren Duran hit their second home runs in as many days. Romy Gonzalez and Masataka Yoshida also homered.

Starting pitcher Brayan Bello went 7.0 innings with four strikeouts and an earned run in the win.
