Inter miss out on 15m as Asllani makes firm transfer decision
Gazzetta dello Sport confirms that Kristjan Asllani is not part of the Inter project, but the Albania international wants to remain in Serie A and has already turned down a €15m permanent transfer to Real Betis.
Inter midfielder Asllani is aware that he’s not part of Cristian Chivu’s project for 2025-26, but is unwilling to move abroad, according to Gazzetta.
Asllani doesn’t want to join foreign club
The Pink Paper confirms that Asllani has already rejected the chance to join Real Betis on a permanent €15m transfer.
Nerazzurri directors have already informed the ex-Empoli midfielder that he’s not part of their plans, especially after the acquisition of Petar Sucic, who already made his Inter debut at the Club World Cup earlier this summer.
Inter miss out on 15m with Asllani decision
The easiest way to match Inter’s demands, which means a permanent transfer worth at least €15m, is a sale to a foreign club, but the 23-year-old wants to stay in Serie A.
Other media outlets have mentioned Bologna and Fiorentina as two Italian clubs interested in the former Empoli star, but both sides appear to be only interested in a loan deal.
