Yeah, like with Beto and DCL with Carlo, actually playing to a striker’s strengths can turn a struggling striker into a very good one.I wouldn’t worry too much about the passing stuff.
I doubt he’s good at it BUT the low percentile for attempts suggests that nobody’s playing the ball into his feet (underscored by the mediocre percentile for progressive passes received) and the low percentile for completion percentage is probably wrapped up in the high percentile for aerials (knockdowns are low-quality passes).
The important things are he wins a ton in the air and gets high-quality shots off.
Play with his feet will be a work in progress which is fine at his age. Up to Moyes and crew to sort the rest of the team out so we can feed him where he likes the ball currently.
