Tottenham fans fuming at West Ham over Mohammed Kudus to Chelsea reveal
Tottenham fans are fuming as West Ham would reportedly prefer to avoid doing business with Spurs, while remaining open to selling Mohammed Kudus to Chelsea.
The transfer saga involving Tottenham Hotspur and Mohammed Kudus continues, as the club looks to secure what would be their first statement signing of the summer window.
However, agreeing a deal for the Ghana international is proving difficult for the Spurs, who have seen three of their Kudus bids rejected by West Ham United.
It is claimed that Spurs’ £62.5 million total package, including add-ons, is far from the Hammers’ valuation, with West Ham said to be unhappy with the unrealistic £12.5m in add-ons.
West Ham do not want to sell Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham if they can help it
Another twist has now been thrown into the mix for Kudus, as reports now claim that West Ham United do not love the idea of doing business with London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
It is claimed that West Ham would rather avoid selling Kudus to Spurs, and would prefer to deal with other clubs like Chelsea, who are expected to make an offer for the winger if Noni Madueke is sold.
The latest reports have left Tottenham fans in shock, as many cannot seem to wrap their heads around how West Ham considers them as rivals, but are open to selling Kudus to Chelsea.
One fan said: “haha it is so sad all the other London clubs doing their business but when it comes to Tottenham it is a big no ????????”
Another stated that West Ham are not even considered as rivals: “‘Rivals’ lmao we do not even consider them a rival what they taking ????”
One other fan spoke about Frank’s start so far: “Frank’s start at the club literally could not have gone any worse”
Another supporter spoke about the club’s chairman: “The fact Levy said he wants to win the Prem and UCL and is now doing this sh*t in the window is actually pissing me off”
The Levy comments continued: “Levy wants Spurs to compete to win the Premier League and Champions League. But Levy cannot compete to get players signed.”
Arsenal and Chelsea rival Spurs for Kudus transfer
Of course, Chelsea are not the only Premier League rivals in the race to sign Mohammed Kudus this summer window.
It was reported yesterday that Arsenal could hijack the Kudus deal, after West Ham were left unimpressed by Spurs’ two opening bids that were swiftly rejected.
It is claimed that Kudus himself is prioritising a move to Tottenham instead, which means all hope is not lost for Tottenham as they continue to pursue their top target.
