What To Know: Ron Gordon Football Festival

Hibernian Community Foundation are looking forward to welcoming you to Hibernian Training Centre this Saturday (21 June) for the Ron Gordon Football Festival. 

A key fundraiser for the annual activities of HCF, the day will feature a showcase of the Community Club from 12pm – a great opportunity for our junior players to be featured at HTC. 

Following on from the juniors, a seven-aside tournament will then kick off from 2pm featuring teams coached by Hibs players past and present. Eye-catching matchups in this section of the day include a Cadden Brothers Derby, Joe Newell vs Darren McGregor, and the return of John ‘Yogi’ Hughes to a coaching role with Hibs.

On the day there will be food and drink trucks and activities for all ages. HCF will also be holding a raffle and a bucket collection; don’t miss the chance to win yourself a great prize while also raising money to support HCF’s activities. 

All money raised over the course of the Ron Gordon Football Festival will go towards HCF’s annual activities, including community meals, community football, events for the elderly, and so much more.
