Malik Nabers to host two youth football camps in Acadiana
LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- As summer break begins, plenty of parents around Acadiana will be looking for plans for their children. Your kids could start their summer training with an NFL superstar right here in Acadiana.
Former Southside Shark and current New York Giants Wide receiver Malik Nabers is returning home to Louisiana this June to host a pair of youth football camps.
Nabers had a stellar rookie season with the Giants in 2024, breaking the franchise's single-season reception record with 109 catches. Nabers was also the first Giants rookie Pro Bowl selection since Odell Beckham Jr. in 2014.
The first camp will take place on Friday, June 6, at Acadiana Charter School Stadium in Youngsville.
The next day on Saturday, June 7, Malik Nabers will hold another youth football camp at Clark Field in Lafayette.
Camps will run from noon-3 p.m. and will include a camp team photo with Malik Nabers, a limited-edition Malik Nabers Flexwork Football Camp T-shirt and sponsored giveaways when available.
The camps are for kids ages 6-14 and prices are scaled and subjective to increase based on availability.
