First of all I hope everyone had a great time. It sounds as though they are enjoying themselves so far.
I first came across your story from Malcolm. He is the club historian and tour guide and he is also a member of New Zealand Blues Official Supporters Club and he hoped your daughter would be in touch.
We have a trip organised to visit the grave of David Keys later in the year to coincide with his first ever goal for Birmingham City. This takes place at the end of November. David scored in a 1-1 draw against a certain group from across the city. He married the sister of his club teammate and they emigrated to New Zealand. Of course you will all ready know our record breaking current manager also lived over here for a while. Here is a link to the commemorative event.

Looking back at your posts you were so close to getting to us, but it looked like you just didn’t follow up with a membership. The van driver from the mount is on our membership and a few members gather in the English pub at the bottom of his garden to watch the games and catch up. We meet online every match to follow the game and chat to each other and have regional meets when we can.
Over 50% of our membership travelled back to the UK for Wembley and due to tickets going on general sale, every one of them got to watch the game. We also had a family travel back for a month during April ( a long time in the planning ) and his son was lucky enough to go to his first home game. His lad also got to walk out as a mascot. While they were there all of our members were offered a free tour of the ground.
Feedback from our members is that none of this would have been possible without the coordination and effort we put into coordinating the travel arrangements as a group, rather than as individuals.
