Royston beat Bishop’s Stortford 2-1 in the league back in October, with Charlie Johnson and Luke Johnson getting the goals for Royston and Brad Russell getting the goal for Stortford with Kian Harness getting the assist for his short stay with Stortford.

Next up, Royston Town Women are at home again and another cup match when they host Colney Heath Ladies in the Semi Final of the Herts Women’s Senior Challenge Cup, Sunday, 2pm kick-off. Royston have already played Colney Heath this season in the league cup with Royston winning the tie 4-0 with Frankie Pim, Lucy Ford and a brace from Emma Slater. Royston will be looking not only to reach a 3rd final in a row, they are looking to defend their title with a win playing either a league rival against Stevenage Women or Watford Ladies Development.
