Ford Final Five Facts: Bruins Struggle In Third Period During Loss To Jets
The Bruins struggled to contain the Winnipeg Jets on Thursday night as they lost 6-2, allowing four goals in the third period and two power play goals during the loss.
Elias Lindholm scored his ninth goal of the season on the penalty kill in the third period and tied the game for the B’s. This was his first short-handed goal of the year and the Bruins fifth short-handed goal this season.
Brad Marchand scored his 19th goal of the season on the power play during the first period, and became the first Bruins player to score power play goals in back-to-back games this season.
