Junior Hoilett bagged a winner for Canada, whilst Rudi Molotnikov captained Scotland’s Under-19s!

Junior Hoilett
Junior Hoilett made a huge impact in Canada’s first game during the November international break.
The 34-year-old came off the bench to score the winner as Jesse Marsch’s side beat Suriname 1-0.
The second leg of the Concacaf Nations League Quarter-Final against Suriname is on Wednesday 20 November, 2024; 12.30am UK time kick-off in Toronto.
The winner advances to the Concacaf Nations League Finals and qualifies for the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup.
Nathan Moriah-Welsh
Nathan Moriah-Welsh played an integral role for the Guyana National Team as they beat Barbados.
The central midfielder played as a number 10 for the Golden Jaguars as they won 4-1 in the first leg of the Concacaf Nations League Play-in.
They will now host the second-leg on Wednesday 20 November, 2024 (12am UK time kick-off).
The Play-In round serves as a qualifier for the Gold Cup prelims.
Martin Boyle & Lewis Miller
Lewis Miller started for the Socceroos and helped them keep a clean sheet as they drew 0-0 with Saudi Arabia. Martin Boyle, though, wasn’t selected in the matchday squad.
The Aussie National Team face Bahrain in the Bahrain National Stadium on Tuesday 19 November, 2024; 6.15pm UK time kick-off.
Tony Popovic’s side currently sit second in their Third Round World Cup qualifying group. However, they are on the same points as Saudi Arabia and China. Japan currently top the group.
Rudi Molotnikov
There’s been a big moment for Rudi Molotnikov during the November international break as he captained Scotland’s Under-19s!
The 18-year-old attacker has played twice for the Scots in the last week. He started on the left-wing as they were beaten 1-0 by Wales, by started on the right wing – and captained – Scotland’s Under-19s as they beat Liechtenstein 4-0; he also got an assist in that victory.
Their final game of the international break is against France on Tuesday 19 November, 2024; 7.30pm.
Scotland’s Under-19s are currently third in their group on the same points as second-placed Wales.
Rocky Bushiri
Rocky Bushiri was an unused substitute as DR Congo were beaten 1-0 by Guinea.
That was The Leopards’ first defeat in their African Cup of Nations qualifying group.
They will face Ethiopia on Tuesday 19 November, 2024; 4pm UK time kick-off in their next qualifier.
