Both you and Block27one have missed the point - and on previous threads about this lots of people have advised Block27one that club class seats were NOT sold on line. They were only available via the ticket office in person or by telephone. In view of this the Exchange system was not working for club class - even though in the background club class st holders could release them - no good if they are not available on line.
My post above was intended to inform that it appears that maybe the club have now fixed it and club class WILL now be available on line.

Hopefully they have sorted it out now. As I have said in previous posts on here, I am not really bothered about the refund, as I see it if I am not there I expect nothing anyway but it’s just a pity that when it’s a sellout it’s an empty seat available for someone who perhaps couldn’t go otherwise.
