Manchester United To Give Manuel Ugarte Medical Today

Manuel Ugarte will undergo a medical with Manchester United today after arriving in the north west of England overnight, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.

 

Manchester United have a deal in place worth €50m plus €10m in add-ons with Paris Saint-Germain for the signature of Ugarte.

 

Personal terms are already in place for weeks as the midfielder waited patiently for the two clubs to work out an agreement.

 

 

The Uruguayan midfielder was scheduled to undergo a medical on Tuesday but only arrived in England overnight.

 

It has been claimed that Manchester United will put him through a medical today as part of the process.

 

 

Once he passes a medical, the 23-year-old will sign a long-term contract with the Red Devils and join his new club.

 

He is set to become the fifth major first-team signing for Manchester United in the ongoing transfer window.

 

 

The Premier League giants will have to register him before Friday noon to have him in the squad to take on Liverpool this weekend.
