Manchester United Prepare Lucrative Contract For Midfield Target

Manchester United are set to offer a lucrative contract to tempt Sander Berge but are far apart from Burnley’s valuation of the midfielder, according to the Sun.

 

Berge has emerged as an option for Manchester United as they seek to bring in a defensive midfielder in the ongoing transfer window.

 

Manchester United have touched base with the representatives of the midfielder to discuss a potential move this summer.

 

 

It has been claimed that the Premier League giants are prepared to offer him a contract worth £100,000 per week.

 

The Norwegian midfielder is excited about the prospect of moving to Manchester United on a bumper deal.

 

 

However, the transfer is still dependent on the two clubs agreeing on a deal but for the moment they are far apart from an agreement.

 

Burnley are prepared to sell him but despite getting relegated from the Premier League, they will not sanction a cut-price exit.

 

 

The Clarets want a deal worth £30m but Manchester United are only prepared to offer somewhere around £20m for the midfielder.
