Patriots Play Of Day: Hunter Henry Makes Spectacular Grab

FOXBORO, Mass. -- Patriots tight end Hunter Henry has become "Mr. Reliable" over the last few seasons.

New England gets what it needs out of the 29-year-old, but there haven't been too many "wow" moments during his time with the organization. He's a sure-thing in the red zone and provides his quarterbacks with security in the middle of the field. Do you need anything more than that?

No, you probably don't, but Henry showed he can still go above-and-beyond to make a spectacular play during Saturday's fully-padded practice, making a twisting one-handed grab over safety Kyle Dugger on a beautiful back-shoulder pass from Jacoby Brissett.

You can watch it here, courtesy of the Patriots.

Who knew Henry still had the juice?

"It's never the plan (to go up one-handed)," Henry said Saturday. "But sometimes it just happens."

The Patriots will be A-Okay if he continues making plays like that, whether it's Brissett or Drake Maye on the other end. Henry is as reliable a target as New England has had in recent years, so anything added is a bonus.
