0 2

The Premium Partnership between Queen’s Park and the renowned DRG Group, which proudly owns over 20 Restaurants in Glasgow, has been extended into a fourth season with The Spiders again proudly displaying the name of Di Maggio’s on their training and warm up kit for season 2024/25.

The DRG Group, who employ nearly a thousand people, recently added Glasgow’s two Paesano Pizza restaurants and Sugo Pasta outlet to their family, that already includes Di Maggio’s, Amarone, Barolo, Café Andaluz, The Citizen, Altlantic Brasserie and The Anchor Line . They will once again be active partners as they plan to run the Di Maggio’s ‘Design a Pizza’ competition in conjunction local schools for a fourth consecutive year.

Kieran Koszary, Head of Commercial at Queen’s Park said: “Being in partnership for four seasons shows a great commitment to each other. Everyone at our club is delighted to be seeing the DRG Group as such high-profile backers through the use of their iconic Di Maggio’s name.

“The DRG Group have a number of fantastic restaurants in their family, and it is terrific that they view Queen’s Park as the club to be in partnership with. The ‘Design a Pizza’ competition is always a popular one with the local schools we work with, and I am looking forward to that kicking off later this season.”

Mario Gizzi, Director of Di Maggio’s said: “We never stand still at DRG, and it is good to be in partnership with a football club that does not rest on its laurels either. The success in our partnership is knowing that we both add value to each other.

“We’re in the business of making people happy with good food and it is always nice to hear when our customers have seen the name of Di Maggio’s on Queen’s Park kit at training or before a game.”
