And it seems that could be the case for the England midfielder, according to new reports.

If HITC’s latest update is to be believed, Gallagher has now made it clear to the Blues hierarchy that he would only leave if he feels a move is right for his career.

It is explained that the 24-year-old’s entourage have informed Chelsea’s decision-makers that the player does not want a transfer at the moment and would be willing to sign a new contract.

However, the publication adds that the West London club have not approached the midfielder regarding a new deal, much to the frustration of him and his representatives.
