Renewing your Season Ticket (12 replies)
I had loads of trouble renewing online yesterday. Eventually, I managed it, but don't know which tabs I clicked to get to the right screen.
Now seeing on various FB groups that lots of people are having the same problem. Can get into an area to buy for the first time, but can't find the right combination to renew.
I think what's needed is a step by step idiot guide on how to renew. And I mean, every step, every tab to click. Either from someone on here or from the club.
No use saying "go to ticketing". Really back to basics, like "Go onto bcfc.com then click on xyz at the top, then on abc down the left".
