The trams haven’t exactly been quick builds thus far have they.

The ring road is also gong to be massively overloaded.

A move of Adderley Park Station you’d think would take a while.

Everything is at least aligned on it Central Government, combined authority and council all want it, and all the same party. Hopefully it makes a difference so we're not scaling up capacity over years.

Might help if there is enough other stuff on site to stagger the crowd departure.
