Vertu tickets - confirmation e mail. (5 replies)

I changed our seats for the final by phoning the ticket office earlier and haven't received a confirmation e mail. Has anyone else changed seats and awaiting a new confirmation. Is it because its by phone rather than on line? I am trying to phone the ticket office but in a queue now.
