ECNL and ECRL Changes (SW)

I can't find the thread that talked about the possibility of the number of games played being cut down to 16. Anybody else hear anything new about this? It's my experience on this board for the past several years, that when certain people say things that are "rumored" to be happening it ends up being true... hahaha so I rely on those people but I can't find the thread. I do remember when my kids started playing ECNL the SW wasn't split up in to two and I believe we played each team twice...
