Mikel Arteta offers surprise Willian verdict after Man City loss as Arsenal boss 'upset'

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was "upset" his side's performance did not translate into points at Manchester City and says he was pleased with Willian's display despite the Brazilian being stuck on periphery of the match.
