I'll show you what wishful thinking looks like.
1. The Baggies get rid of Pardew.
2. Recognising the great job that they did short term before, they appoint Harry till the end of the season as long as he brings his favourite coach with him.
3. Coterill realises that it was a mistake to turn down the offer he had from Harry at the start of the season.
3. We get compensation from the Baggies.
4. We use a bit of the money to replace Coterill with a much cheaper young coach and bank the difference, reducing the FFP penalty.
