[Swimming & Diving] Seven Bees named to CSCAA Scholar All-America Team

Seven Bees were named to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team.

The award recognizes student-athletes who have achieved a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher and competed at the NAIA Swimming & Diving Championships.

Representing St. Ambrose are Andrea Adam, Mallory Krpan, Alec Schanz, Jason Schuler, Maddie Seutter, Shraddha Sudhir and Kelsey Sullivan.

Adam, the 2018 NAIA Women's Diver of the Year, won National Titles in both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at the NAIA Championships in March. Sudhir finished 13th in the 1650-yard freestyle and Schuler helped SAU earn points at Nationals in the 200-yard freestyle relay, 200-yard medley relay and 400-yard freestyle relay.

The group helped SAU finish 13th on the men's side and 15th on the women's side in the program's first year as a varsity intercollegiate sport at St. Ambrose.
