Willie's next trick, finding a way to integrate BI with Point Zion

Point Zion is the most effective and effecient our offense has looked. It's also unlocked Zion as a MVP canidate. But, it's no secret that under Van Gundy's regime the leader of our team, BI, was not fond of the role he had during the last time he played with "Point Zion".
So how does Willie make BI fit into a Point Zion offense? And how does Willie sell BI on it?
When BI gets back, we're going to find out if we're a legitimate championship contender. Because the only way we become a legit contender is we figure out how to maximize BI and Zion when they're on the court together.
Earlier I said for these two to coexist long term, two things are going to have to happen. 1. Zion is going to have to become a better perimeter defender. Zion is showing that he's up to the challenge. And 2. BI is going to have to adapt his game to play more off ball. At least when Zion is in the game. BI certainly has the skill and talent to do it. The question is, does he have the desire to adapt his game to Zion?
This is a potential problem, that Willie, Zion and BI need to figure out. The Shaq, Kobe comparison really doesn't fit here. Both of them had defined roles. Shaq set up in the box, Kobe attacked from the perimeter. Here however, both BI and Zion seem to prefer to start from the perimeter, probe and either attack the basket or in BI's case attack the basket or get to his spot for a mid range jumper.
Is it as simple as allowing both of them to take turns initiating the offense and then go with the hotter hand? Or do we just hand the keys to Zion and let BI direct the offense when Zion is on the bench?
