USC lands Georgetown transfer KJ Lewis
By ADAM ZAGORIA
USC has landed a commitment from Georgetown transfer guard KJ Lewis after his visit to the school.
The 6-foot-4 Texas native averaged 14.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists last season for the Hoyas after spending two seasons at Arizona.
He went for 24 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists in a narrow loss to NCAA runner-up UConn in February, and scored 27 against eventual Big East Tournament and regular-season champion St. John’s on New Year’s Eve.
Eric Musselman’s team lost freshman guard Jerry Easter to the portal but is bringing in a star-studded recruiting class that includes five-star power forward Christian Collins and four-star 6-1 twins Adonis and Darius Ratliff.
