Raptors' minutes for the 2018-2019 season

There's 12 players on the roster deserving and expecting of significant minutes (let's ignore Richardson, shall we?). Kawhi apparently didn't play super heavy minutes in San Antonio. Norm's contract extension has kicked in, which means he earns significantly more than Miles. I was hoping that Monroe was just going to be a "break glass in case of emergency", but it appears from his Media Day interview that he's been promised the back-up C role.

So, how to manage it all? My proposal is to alternate playing Norm and Miles in an 11-man rotation. That's not ideal, but it may help to showcase the players so Masai can make a consolidation trade before the deadline. Here's my proposed distribution to start the season:

Lowry – 28

Kawhi – 30

Serge – 24

JV – 26

Monroe - 12

Norm/Miles – 18

Pascal – 22

OG – 22

Green – 18

Delon - 20

FVV – 20
