NLCS Game 2 Chat: Dodgers vs. Brewers, 8:08 PM
Tuesday, October 14, 2025 • 8:08 PM ET
American Family Field • Milwaukee, WI
RHP Yoshinobu Yamamoto (1-1, 2.53 ERA) vs. RHP Freddy Peralta (1-1, 4.66 ERA)
TBS • HBO Max
The Dodgers won Game 1 of the 2025 NLCS 2-1 on Monday night behind a dominant outing from Blake Snell and despite one of the most insane and bizarre double plays baseball’s ever seen.
Snell’s eight shutout innings and Freddie Freeman’s solo homer gave the Dodgers a 1-0 cushion through seven, and Los Angeles tacked on another run in the eighth. They needed that insurance as Roki Sasaki’s shaky relief outing saw three men reach and one score before Blake Treinen came in to get the final out.
Now, the Brewers need a win before heading out to LA Thursday through Saturday.

Game Notes
This exact pitching matchup occurred on July 7 this year. Peralta pitched six scoreless and the Brewers tattooed Yamamoto for five runs (three earned) in the first inning. The two teams met up two weeks later, when Peralta pitched five more innings but allowed four runs. Yamamoto didn’t pitch in the second series.
The Brewers’ two hits in last night’s game were the fewest in franchise history.
Peralta pitches much better at home, as he went 9-1 with a 1.77 ERA in 17 starts at American Family Field this season.
