Thiais Tigers win Baseball5 French Open 2025
The Thiais Tigers defeated the Montigny-le-Bretonneux Cougars in the final to win the V Baseball5 French Open at the Halle des Sports in Nimes, Gard department, Occitania.
The Montpellier Barracufive defeated the first team of the hosts, Nîmes Alligators, in the third-place game.
The 2025 French Baseball5 Open was a 13-team tournament for players 15 years of age or older.
The Tigers and Cougars topped their respective groups undefeated after the Opening Round before the Tigers cruised to the final with five wins in the Super Round between the top six finishers, while the Cougars tied (3-2) in second place with the Barracufive but prevailed thanks to a win in the head-to-head.
