- It’s time for everyone to hype up Bryan Woo apparently — Michael Rosen at Fangraphs wrote about how the right-hander’s athleticism allows him to get even better results than he would otherwise.
- I don’t often like to partake in the gossip market, but the ownership leak thing came from industry sources’ “theories” spoken to Ryan Divish, so I thought it worthy of sharing. I should note we have no reason to know whether this was John Stanton or another member of the ownership group.
Divish tells Puck that his sources say someone in the Mariners ownership group leaked Scott Servais' firing to Ken Rosenthal, causing Servais to find out before he was told by Jerry Dipoto.

Puck says it must've been John Stanton himself, and Divish doesn't confirm or deny.
- The Mariners have agreed to a minor league deal with 35-year-old right-hander Jesse Hahn.

White Sox have parted ways with special assistant Marco Paddy, who helmed their international operation.

Paddy took over the department after the Wilder scandal and had many big wins (Abreu, Tatis, Robert) but front office had signaled discontent with recent results.
- Elvis Andrus will be signing a one-day contract with the Rangers on Friday so he can retire as a member of the organization.
- Mets left-hander Sean Manaea is reportedly expected to opt out of his contract this winter and will become a free agent.
- Corey Seager has hit the injured list with a hip issue that may keep him out for the remainder of the year.
