Annoying blue box in the middle of my screen - Microsoft Q&A

Everything went well until I noticed there was a big blue rectangle outline in the middle of my screen. I have no idea why it is there and have trouble finding how to remove it. I am on Windows 11 if that can help. I mean an actual blue rectangle outline on the middle of my screen, not a box that shows up when I am about to select something.
