The Mets scratched DH J.D. Martinez from Tuesday’s lineup due to a sore left ankle. Further details on the injury were not immediately available. Martinez, whose go-ahead three-run homer in the 10th inning helped New York to a 9-7 victory on Monday, is slashing .278/.360/.493 with 10 home runs.
